Frequently asked questions.

What services do you offer?

Most clients benefit from a combination of therapy and medication management and it is typically my preferences to offer both. I have training in different types of therapy modalities to suit your needs since each client is unique. While coping strategies can be necessary in the beginning of treatment during stabilization, I enjoy guiding my clients to the root of the issue where healing can begin.

Are you in network with insurance?

I prefer to provide you with the treatment you need, rather than have restrictions on the length and/or frequency of sessions, and am not in-network with insurance companies.  I do provide you with a "Superbill"  (i.e. an invoice of services rendered)  to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.  Although EPO/HMO plans typically do not have out-of-network benefits, PPO plans typically have an out of network deductible and then reimburse 60-80% of eligible expenses.  To determine the best option for you and for further information about your out-of-network benefits please contact your insurance company.  Click here for a list of questions to ask your insurance company.

At this time, I am unable to provide care to patients with Medicaid or Medicare due to general ethical and federal considerations respectively.

Do you offer in person or virtual?

I offer both depending upon your needs.
