Since we prefer to provide you with the treatment you need, rather than have restrictions on the length and/or frequency of sessions, we are not in-network with insurance companies.  We take the time to understand your short-term needs and long-term goals in order to formulate an individualized treatment plan.  We do provide you with a "Superbill"  (i.e. an invoice of services rendered)  to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.  Although EPO/HMO plans typically do not have out-of-network benefits, PPO plans typically have an out of network deductible and then reimburse 60-80% of eligible expenses.  To determine the best option for you and for further information about your out-of-network benefits please contact your insurance company.

Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept clients with Medicaid or Medicare  (even if a claim is not submitted) due to ethical and federal regulations pertaining to out-of-pocket payments.
